Dario Cecchini, after years of managing hotels and restaurants worldwide, recently gave up his job in Los Angeles, hosting celebrities and stars while running N 10 restaurant, owned by football legend Alessandro Del Piero, to start a new hospitality real estate project.
Dario is the Owner of B&B Casal Sant'Elena in Altopascio (Lucca) and the Owner and Manager of San Gennaro Castello Albergo Diffuso in the historical village of San Gennaro (Lucca). His sister Simonetta is the Owner and Manager of the real estate agency Simonetta Cecchini Immobiliare.
They joined forces, combining their experiences and expertise, to offer hospitality ownership that combines the stability of real estate with the dynamism of the travel industry. It’s not just about buying a property, it’s about owning a piece of the experience economy.
